A copycat recipe for Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo. Make your own mayo in one minute using just 5 ingredients or less for a budget friendly Whole30. | Thyme + JOY

This post is a copycat for Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo. Mayo is a true STAPLE on a paleo, primal or Whole30 reset. You can use mayo for dips, sauces, dressings and more. Primal Kitchen products are absolutely delicous and we often buy the dressings to keep in the house when I don’t have time to make any.Primal kitchen avocado mayo copycat recipe from Thyme + JOY

Welcome to the Thyme and JOY Copycat Recipe Series!

In these copycat recipe posts, I am showing you an alternative to pricey products in the paleo, whole30 and health food community that you can easily do yourself at home. Please note that I have nothing against the companies that my recipe inspiration comes from. Even though I can make these products, I often buy them myself out of convenience and to support those companies that make our health journeys an easier world to navigate.

I like doing copycat recipes because it generally shows the comparison of how much less it costs to make something. However, with this Primal Kitchen Avocado mayo, the price will be about the same whether you bought it or made it. That is pretty amazing to me and makes me trust the company even more!Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo Copycat Recipe | Thyme + JOY

The benefits to making it yourself is the fact that there are fewer ingredients and you can make it at any time. The benefits to buying Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo is that it is shelf stable and will often last longer once opened in the fridge. And even though Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo tastes great, I do prefer the taste of homemade mayo much better.
