Tangy Mango Salmon Whole30 Recipe by Thyme and JOY

For those of you who have trouble with meal prep, salmon is your best friend. Not only is it satiating with healthy fats, but it can be broiled in the oven and perfectly cooked in under 12 minutes. I always have salmon on hand in our house for this very reason.

During the summer months, we like to eat a variety of fresh produce and add it in with our proteins. Since I usually whip up a batch of my mango cucumber salsa, I figured it would be a great time to use my Tangy Mango sauce by Saucy Lips Foods.

Saucy Lips foods created a line of Whole30 compliant sauces and dressings that are made with real ingredients and have excellent flavor combos like jalapeno apple, habanero carrot or strawberry balsamic for which I made an amazing salad with that was a hit!
