I’ve tried so many diets in my life, and all of them were driven by the want to look better or lose weight. As I get older, I’ve realized how much more important it is to choose how we eat so that we can FEEL good and take care of our bodies. The way I felt became the goal and losing weight and looking good was a side effect of it all. When I tried my first Whole 30, it became the first program that truly resonated with my goals and it was something I was able to stick to because of how it transformed more of my life for the better than I could imagine. It’s only natural that I chose to help other people feel the same through my Whole 30 Personal Chef Services.
