By now I’m sure you all know my love for anything flavored with buffalo. My obsession continues to grow with the launch of The New Primal buffalo sauces in Medium, Mild and Hot. With them being so delicious and Whole30 Approved, the possibilities are endless!

Speaking of possibilities, how about enjoying a slider on a Whole30.  How is that possible?  With the mighty sweet potato “bun”. These sweet potato medallions make the perfect home for a bite sized buffalo chicken patty and pack a punch so you can enjoy other appetizers like Easy Buffalo Dip or Strawberry Caprese Salad.

There can be so much flexibility when it comes to eating healthy at social events. With a little prep and the right ingredients, you can make in impact and still keep strong with your goals!

  1. The recipe states to mix the burger ingredients, which includes Italian seasoning and Parmesan, but those aren’t listed in the ingredients list. There is cilantro and red onion listed, but those aren’t noted in the steps. Just curious what the measurements are for the Italian seasoning and Parmesan? Thanks!

    1. Hi Christa! That step was an error I had when was developing recipes and accidentally mixed things around. Everything is fixed now with the parmesan and dressing seasoning ommited. Thank you for catching that!
