Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

When starting a keto or high fat diet, it could be tough to adjust to taking in a larger amount of fat. A fat bomb is similar to an energy ball except it contains a higher fat ratio coming from high quality fats. 

Naked Nutrition has made a product that is a fat bomb in powdered form. Their Keto Fat Bomb Supplement takes High oleic sunflower oil powder and MCT oil powder and combines them into a supplement that can easily be added to a protein shake, smoothie or water and contains only 1 net carb.

Ingredients You Need

  • Vanilla Flavored Keto Fat Bomb Supplement: You’ll need to grab yourself this supplement in vanilla as it adds a flavor and texture that is identical to real cookie dough when added to this recipe. 
  • Grass Fed Butter: This binds the dough together and gives these fat bombs a buttery cookie dough taste.

  • Vanilla Extract: A splash of this will help add classic chocolate chip cookie flavor.

How To Make Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

  1. Bring your butter to room temperature. This is important because it needs to be soft enough to mix but not melted. 
  2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together almond flour, keto granulated sweetener, salt  and Vanilla Keto Fat Bomb Supplement. 
  3. Carefully cut the butter into slices and add to the bowl with dry ingredients along with the vanilla extract.
  4. Using a rubber spatula or the back of a metal spoon, mash the butter into the dry ingredients until a dough is formed. You could also use a pastry cutter to help break it up but be sure not to use your hands as that will risk melting the butter. This may take a few minutes to fully incorporate, but it will come together!
  5. Once dough is formed, fold in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed. Chill dough in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  6. Remove chilled dough from the fridge and use a tablespoon or small cookie dough scoop to form into cookie dough balls by scooping out the dough and rolling with your hands gently. You’ll be able to get 12-14 tablespoon sized cookie dough balls.
