Ep 18: Jimmy and Christine Moore

In episode 18 of the food conversations podcast we talk to 3x international best selling author and master podcaster Jimmy more and his wife Christine who just recently became a nutritional therapy practitioner

In episode 18 of the food conversations podcast we talk to 3x international best selling author and master podcaster Jimmy more and his wife Christine who just recently became a nutritional therapy practitioner. They recently released the book Real Food Keto which is less about keto and more about real food.

Even though Jimmy and Christine have EXTENSIVE knowledge and experience with the keto diet, we strip down the walls and talk to them about their relationship with food, social media, what it’s like to be criticized in the public eye and the advice they have to give for anyone wanting to start a strict way of eating when they have a background of disordered eating.

Check out the REAL FOOD KETO BOOK
