This meal prep grocery list contains my favorite things to buy from wholesale clubs such as Costco and BJ’s wholesale club.
I just want to start out by saying that my meal prep grocery list is lucky because I belong to TWO wholesale clubs. I don’t technically need to belong to both, but each have different options and are at varying distances from me. And lets be honest, I can write them off because of my job so why not?!
My meal prep grocery list is VERY simple but that makes sense if you know the simple method I use to meal prep. I’m going to warn you that this list isn’t fancy or extensive and it isn’t completely Whole30 or for any special diet. It is simply the real food things I buy every two weeks at either Costco or BJ’s to make sure I have plenty of food on hand to create quick meals.
I shop at wholesale clubs about every 2 weeks to get the basics. I find that it is cheaper for us to pick up meat and bulk vegetables at wholesale club. For the other smaller items that we don’t use a lot of, I tend to go to a regular grocery store or somewhere like Trader Joe’s to fill in the gaps.
