  1. In a small pot, add 2 cups of milk and warm through over low heat for about 5 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.  Do not bring to a boil.
  2. Whisk in remaining ingredients until fully combined without any clumps.
  3. For frothy hot chocolate, blend in a high speed blender or use a stick blender to combine all ingredients.
