Whole30 Mini-Reset | My 7 Day Meal Plan
 This Whole30 Mini-Reset is 7 days long and will not include any bars, sweets, fruit or potatoes.
By now, anyone that knows me probably understands what a Whole30 is and the amazing things it’s done for me. My last full Whole30 was in January 2018 and was pretty life-changing for quite a few reasons. One of them was that it led me to become a Whole30 Approved partner, and the other was because it opened my eyes to all the mistakes I was making during that specific Whole30.

Long story short is that I relied HEAVILY on foods that are technically emergency foods like larabars, rxbars and when I wasn’t doing that I was diving head first into a bowl of fruit or enjoying too many apples with almond butter. I felt like those types of foods were a loophole for me because even though they were sweet, I was staying compliant so nothing could go wrong, right?
Totally wrong! I ended up never quelling my sugar dragon and my blood sugar was so out of control that I was ALWAYS HUNGRY. Fast forward about 6 months and I can tell you that I have dramatically reduced my carbs and have never felt better. As for sweets, I usually just eat the sweet I am craving and I fare much better than trying to quell a brownie craving with an RXbar which I don’t really enjoy. Currently, I do use stevia in my diet, chew a lot of gum and honestly I just feel like a Whole30 Mini-Reset is just what I need.
This 7 day reset I will be cutting out anything sweet including bars, fruit, dried fruit, stevia and even potatoes which I am sad to say I use as a crutch too! I feel like the first few days will be brutal but I know it will set me on the right path over the summer.
