Equipment

  • Air Fryer or Ninja Foodi

Ingredients

  • 1 head Green Cabbage small to medium
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400F.
  • Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage exposing a clean fresh layer.
  • Cut in half, then in quarters so you are able to chop out the pieces of the core.
  • Take remaining pieces and cut them into 2” wedges. They will likely fall apart while chopping and tossing.
  • Add chopped cabbage to a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with seasonings then toss together until cabbage is coated in oil and seasonings.
  • Add to your preheated air fryer and cook for 10 minutes making sure to toss halfway through. The result will be perfectly cooked cabbage that is not over cooked and soggy.
