Air Fryer Peach Cobbler

For the Peaches

  • 1 peach ripe
  • ½ tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

For the Topping:

  • 1 tablespoon flour all-purpose or gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • ½ tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Optional Serving Suggestions

  • 1 vanilla ice cream
  • whipped cream


  • Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes. Grease a ramekin with oil or butter. Remove pit from peach and cut in to 1/2 inch slices.
  • In a small bowl. melt butter in the microwave. Then, add brown sugar, cinnamon and sliced peaches. Gently toss until peaches are well-coated in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Layer peach slices in the bottom of the ramekin.
  • In a small bowl, add flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. Cut the cold butter into small pieces and then press it into the dry mixture using your fingers or a fork. Continue until the butter is well incorporated and a crumbly topping forms. Sprinkle the topping over the peaches evenly.
  • Place ramekin in preheated air fryer and cook for 10 minutes or until peaches are forl-tender and the topping is golden brown.
  • Serve hot with a scoop of ice cream and/or whipped cream.
