Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus trimmed
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375F.
  • With a sharp knife, trim the woody stems from the asparagus spears.
  • Toss the asparagus with oil, salt, and pepper and then divide them into 4-6 bundles depending on the size of the asparagus.
  • Wrap one piece of prosciutto around each bundle and then place onto a baking sheet, seam side facing down.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until asparagus is cooked through.
