Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus Bundles
These quick and easy asparagus bundles are wrapped in prosciutto and roasted to perfection to make a delicious paleo, keto, and Whole30 appetizer or side dish.
- 1 pound asparagus trimmed
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
Preheat the oven to 375F.
With a sharp knife, trim the woody stems from the asparagus spears.
Toss the asparagus with oil, salt, and pepper and then divide them into 4-6 bundles depending on the size of the asparagus.
Wrap one piece of prosciutto around each bundle and then place onto a baking sheet, seam side facing down.
Bake for 15 minutes or until asparagus is cooked through.
