  • In a small sauce pan or electric tea kettle, boil 1/2 cup boiling water.
  • To a high speed blender, add matcha powder then add 1/2 cup boiling water.
  • Next, add collagen, vanilla, sweetener and dairy free milk of choice.
  • Blend on high for 30 seconds or until everything is smooth and fully combined.
  • Serve over ice.
  • Second serving can be stored in mason jar in refrigerator.
