Keto Ground Beef Casserole
This easy recipe for keto ground beef casserole with green beans is the perfect way to make a hearty low carb dinner for the family or for meal prep.It combines lean ground beef, green beans, cream cheese and is topped with shredded cheese then baked in a one skillet casserole.
Servings: 6 -8 Servings
- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
- 1 White Onion sliced
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 14oz cans Green Beans, drained
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- ¾ cup Shredded Cheddar
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Crumbled Bacon OPTIONAL
- ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 to prepare for the skillet to go in the oven.
Cook Ground Beef and Onions: Heat avocado oil in an oven safe skillet over medium high heat. Add in sliced onions and saute for 5 minutes or until they begin to turn translucent. Add in ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
Stir In Seasonings: Cut cream cheese into blocks and add to ground beef and onion mixture as well as the Coconut Aminos, Coarse Grain Mustard and black pepper. Turn heat down to medium and gently stir until cream cheese is melted and everything is combined. Once mixture is combined, fold in drained green beans.
Top and Bake In Oven: Evenly top green bean casserole with shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese. Add skillet to preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted on top. Serve hot.
