Whole30 Honey Mustard

  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Whole30 compliant
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Coarse Grain Mustard
  • 1 cup Date Paste

Date Paste

  • 1 cup Medjool Dates chopped
  • 2 cups Water hot


To Make Date Paste

  • To make the date paste, remove the seeds from 1 cup of dates and roughly chop. Place them in a bowl and cover with 2 cups of hot water. Let sit for 1 hour and drain.

To Make The Dressing

  • Add the soaked dates to a high speed blender along with the avocado oil, mayo, Dijon mustard and Coarse Grain Mustard.
  • Blend until a smooth consistency is formed. Pour into a glass jar with a lid and keep in the fridge for 5-7 days.
