Ingredients

  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob in their husks
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 350F for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove any loose or damaged outer leaves from the corn. Keep the inner layers of the husks intact as they will help steam and cook the corn.
  • Place the corn on the cob in the husk into the preheated air fryer basket. You may need to cook the corn in two batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Cook the corn in the air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of the ears and the preferred level of doneness. Flip the corn over halfway through cooking for even cooking.
  • When the cooking time is up, remove the corn from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. The husks may still be hot, so use oven mitts or a towel to handle them.
  • Once the corn is cool enough to handle, peel back the husks and remove the silk threads. Be careful not to remove too many of the outer leaves as they help keep the corn moist and flavorful.
  • Season the corn with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
