  • 4 Hash Brown Patties frozen

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer. Because these hash browns are both thawing and getting crispy in the same cycle, it's important that you preheat your air fryer to 400F for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the hash browns to the bottom of the Ninja Foodi or air fryer basket in a single layer and set the timer for 12 minutes keeping in mind that you may not need to use all this time.
  • At the 5 minute mark, flip them using tongs or a spatula.
  • Cook for an additional 5-8 minutes depending on how crispy you enjoy them.
  • Remove from air fryer with spatula or tongs and serve hot.

⏲Best Time & Temperature For Air Fryer Hash Brown Patties 

The amount of time it takes to air fry a frozen hash brown patty depends on how thick and long they are. These are general recommendations.  The typical hash brown patty needs about 8-12 minutes to cook at a temperature 375F-400F depending on its thickness.
  • Thin Hash Brown Patties - 7-8 minutes at 375F
  • Mini Hash Brown Circles - 8-10 minutes at 375F
  • Standard Hash Brown Patties -10-12 minutes at 400F
📝NOTE: If you like your hash browns extra crispy, add 2-3 minutes to the cooking time.
