Air Fryer S'mores

This easy recipe for air fryer s'mores shows you exactly how to make a perfect s’more in your air fryer in 3 minutes or less using chocolate, graham cracker and puffy marshmallows. Great for a rainy day to make s’mores indoors with easy clean up!

Ingredients

  • 4 Graham Cracker Sheets making 8 crackers
  • 1 Hershey Bar 8 pieces of chocolate
  • 4 Large Marshmallows cut in half

Instructions

  • Assemble The Chocolate Side: Split 2 graham cracker sheets making 4 total crackers. Place 1-2 pieces of chocolate on 2 pieces of the graham cracker.
  • Air Fry The Chocolate Graham Crackers: Place graham crackers with chocolate in the air fryer basket. Cook for 1 minute at 375. This will get the chocolate warm but not completely melted. The heat of the marshmallow will melt the rest of the chocolate when it is assembled. Remove the graham crackers with chocolate from the air fryer basket with tongs as the air fryer basket will be hot! Set aside.
  • Assemble The Marshmallow Side: Using a sharp knife, cut 2 marshmallows in half. Place one full marshmallow sticky side down on top of the remaining graham crackers. Since the air fryer uses hot air that circulates, this prevents the marshmallows from blowing around and getting stuck in the air fryer. Place the marshmallow topped graham crackers in the air fryer and air fry at 400 degrees for 2 minutes.
  • Assemble S’mores: Assemble s’mores by placing the chocolate graham crackers with the marshmallow crackers and serve while the chocolate is still melted and warm. 

  • NOTE: All air fryers are NOT created equal, ime and temperature may need to be adjusted based on individual air fryer and ingredients used. This recipe has been developed using a Ninja Foodi but will work with all air fryers.
