  • Pat the turkey thighs dry with a paper towel and trim off any excess fat. Let the turkey thighs sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to take the chill off from the fridge.
  • Turn your air fryer to 375°F and let it preheat for 3-5 minutes.
  • Brush the skin of the turkey thighs with olive oil or melted butter to help get a beautiful golden brown finish.
  • Sprinkle the dried thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic powder over each side of the turkey thighs.
  • Place the turkey thighs in the air fryer basket skin side up and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. For extra crispy chicken thighs, flip again and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  • Check to make sure that the internal temperature of your air fryer turkeys has reached 165°F before removing them from the air fryer.
  • Let your air fryer turkey thighs rest for 5-10 minutes before serving so the juices can redistribute, and it's safe to eat. Enjoy!
