Ingredients

  • 1 cup Elderberry Syrup
  • 3 tbsp Gelatin Powder

Instructions

  • Pour cooled elderberry syrup into a small saucepan.
  • Sprinkle the gelatin over top and let it sit for one minute to bloom.
  • Whisk it into the syrup, then turn the heat to low.
  • As the mixture heats up, continue to whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved without bringing it to a boil.
  • Place the gummy molds onto a flat baking sheet, then pour the liquid into the molds.
  • Add the filled gummy molds to the fridge to chill for two hours or until solid.
  • Pop-out of the gummy molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
