- 2 lbs Cod Fillets
- 2 Lemons juiced
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Fresh Garlic minced
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- ⅛ tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley minced
- ½ Lemon sliced for garnish
Prepare Your Ingredients: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Prepare Your Fish: Pat fish dry with a paper towel and place on your parchment lined sheet pan. Season with salt and pepper.
