Freezer Safe Bags
Airtight Container
Pour the ketchup into a freezer-safe container in smaller portions such as a freezer bag, ice cube trays, or an airtight container.
Make sure to remove as much air as possible from the container before freezing as it will expand.
Label the container with the date and freeze it for up to eight months. When you're ready to use it, thaw in the refrigerator overnight or in a bowl of hot water.
Once thawed, mix thoroughly with a spoon to ensure the liquid gets absorbed back into the mixture.
Use it with all of your favorite recipes. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
