Remove your cooked chicken thighs from the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. (This will take the chill off of the meat, which helps the proteins relax into the heat instead of seizing up going straight from hot to cold, which can lead to tough or rubbery meat.)
Preheat your air fryer to 375F for 3-5 minutes.
Once preheated and temped out, place the chicken thighs skin side down in a single layer at the bottom of the preheated air fryer basket. Set the timer for 10 minutes.
At the 4-5 minute mark, use tongs to flip the chicken thighs over and continue to cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the chicken skin is golden brown and the inside is warmed through.
