How To Warm Breast Milk Using Sous Vide
The sous vide is a great tool for cooking food, but it can also be used to reheat or defrost food and drink. One of the unique ways you can use a sous vide or immersion circulator is to reheat breast milk. Since the sous vide will stay at a constant temperature, it's easy and safe to warm breast milk using this method.

Add enough water to fully submerge bottles or bags to a large pot.
Add the immersion circulator.
Set the temperature to 105F.
Once the temperature is reached, submerge a sealed bottle with breast milk or a sealed bag with breast milk.
If the bag or bottle floats to the top, use a weight such as a large cooking tool to keep it completely submerged.
Let the breast milk warm for 15 minutes before removing and feeding to your baby.
