Instant Pot Applesauce

This instant pot apple sauce has only one ingredient and can be customized to your taste or added to sauces and condiments as a natural sweetener.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Apples peeled and cored
  • cup Water

Instructions

  • Peel, core and quarter each apple.
  • Add apples to instant pot along with 1/3 cup water.
  • Cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and blend or mash until desired consistency is reached.
  • OPTIONAL: add salt, lemon juice, cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

Notes

Will keep in sealed container in fridge for up to 2 weeks or longer.
