Ingredients

  • 8 tea bags black or green
  • 10 cups water distilled or filtered
  • ½ cup sugar OPTIONAL

Instructions

  • Start by adding water to the Instant Pot. Then add the desired number of tea bags, ensuring they are submerged in the water. Seal the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  • Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 15 minutes before releasing the rest of the pressure.
  • Remove tea bags carefully with a slotted spoon.
  • Stir in your desired amount of sugar, simple syrup, honey, or whatever sweetener you enjoy.
  • Let the iced tea cool before adding it to a pitcher and storing it in the fridge.
  • Add more water and sweetener as needed. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Notes

🫖Instant Pot Iced Tea Concentrate

  1. Add water and double the amount of tea bags to the instant pot.
  2. Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes with a 15-minute natural release.
  3. Add sweetener, cool, and store in the fridge.
  4. Use a 1:1 ratio with tea and water or until your desired strength is met.
  5. Serve over ice.
