- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 1 cup Filtered Water
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Butter OPTIONAL, or oil
Combine rinsed rice, water, and salt in a zip-top bag. Removing as much air as possible using the water displacement method.
Submerge the bag in your immersion circulator or sous vide cooker and set the temperature to 197-200F degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook for 30 minutes or until the water is completely absorbed. Remove from heat and allow to rest for an additional five minutes before opening and fluffing with a fork.
