Ingredients

  • 1 pound Strawberries ripe
  • ¼ cup Mint chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice from a fresh lime
  • ½ tablespoon Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  • Slice the strawberries into even, bite sized pieces depending on their size. Chop the mint into small pieces and add both to a mixing bowl.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lime into the bowl and sprinkle the sugar on top.
  • Toss until everything is combined and coated. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 10-30 minutes.
  • Toss again before serving. Enjoy!
