This easy breakfast sausage recipe comes together fast with the help of a special seasoning blend.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Fennel Seed
  • tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • 2 tsp Avocado Oil or olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine ground pork with all spices until they are mixed throughout. Do not over mix as meat will become tough.
  • Form into flat round patties that are about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat and cook the patties about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
