Air Fryer Hashbrowns
These air fryer hash browns use a mix of russet potatoes, pepper, onion and spices to create a great healthy side dish for any time of the day.

Add diced potatoes, pepper, onion and avocado oil into a large bowl. Toss together until potatoes are fully coated.
Add in salt, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper and toss everything together until seasonings are evenly coated on peppers, onions and potatoes.
Add to air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes tossing half way through.
Remove from air fryer basket and serve hot.
Can you cook frozen hash browns in the air fryer?
Frozen potatoes can be cooked in your air fryer. These cooking times are estimates! Always check your food as it’s cooking to make sure it will be cooked to your desired level.
Frozen hash brown patties: 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes flipping halfway through
Bagged frozen potatoes (like Ore Ida brand): 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes tossing half way through
Frozen Shredded Hash Browns: in a large bowl, add frozen shredded hash browns and toss with oil. Place a sheet of parchment paper on bottom of air fryer basket and add oiled frozen shredded hash browns. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Using tongs, toss hash browns with more oil and cook at 400 degrees for an additional 10 minutes or until hash browns are brown and crispy.
Keto Air Fryer Hash Browns:
A popular replacement for potatoes on a keto or low carb diet is diced or sliced radishes! Once they are roasted or air fried, they taste similar to potatoes with a very low carbohydrate count.
- Dice one pound of red radishes.
- Toss with avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder,
- Place in air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes tossing halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite breakfast, lunch or dinner!
