Ingredients

  • 2 6 oz cans Pink Salmon, boneless & skinless
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs Almond Flour or Pork Panko
  • 1 tsp Minced Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning or Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Avocado Oil

Instructions

  • Drain liquid out of canned salmon and add to a large bowl. 
  • Add in egg, dijon mustard, bread crumbs, onion powder, parsley, and cajun seasoning. Using your hands, mix everything together until all ingredients are fully combined. 
  • Form salmon patty mix into 4 even patties and brush with avocado oil on both sides.
  • Add to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 375 for 12 minutes flipping halfway through.

Oven Baked Salmon Patty Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375

  5. Place on baking sheet and cook in oven for 18-20 minutes flipping halfway through

How long to cook frozen salmon patties or salmon burgers depends on the size and consistency of the product. A good place to start is cooking frozen salmon patties at 375 for 10 minutes then adding time in 3 minute intervals until desired level of doneness is reached.

To make these salmon patties compliant with the Whole30 program, use almond flour instead of breadcrumbs. Make sure you read your labels on whatever seasoning you choose to use.
