EASY Buffalo Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces raw cashews
  • cup tahini
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 clove garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place raw cashews in a bowl of filtered or distilled water. Let soak until the nuts are soft (2 hours to overnight). Then, drain the cashews and rinse well.
  • Add soaked cashews, tahini, buffalo sauce, and garlic to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper
  • Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days
