- 8 ounces raw cashews
- ⅓ cup tahini
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 clove garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Place raw cashews in a bowl of filtered or distilled water. Let soak until the nuts are soft (2 hours to overnight). Then, drain the cashews and rinse well.
Add soaked cashews, tahini, buffalo sauce, and garlic to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and season with salt and pepper
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days
