Equipment

  • 1 pound Pulled Pork, frozen

Instructions

In the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 250°F.
  • Place the frozen pulled pork in a baking dish and add a splash of water or broth to it.
  • Cover the dish with foil and place it in the preheated oven.
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 165°F.
  • Check the temperature with a meat thermometer.

In The Instant Pot

  • Place the frozen pulled pork in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water or broth.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and turn the pressure valve to the "sealing" position.
  • Set the Instant Pot to the "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" function, and adjust the time to 20 minutes.
  • Once the cooking time is up, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 10-15 minutes.
  • Carefully open the Instant Pot lid and use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the pulled pork. It should be at least 165°F to be safe to eat.
  • If the pulled pork is not heated through or at the right temperature, continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes.

In the Microwave

  • Place the frozen pulled pork in a microwave-safe dish and cover it with a damp paper towel.
  • Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, depending on the amount, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 165°F.
  • Check the temperature with a meat thermometer.
  • Stir the pork halfway through the cooking time to ensure even heating.

On the Stove

  • Place the frozen pork in a saucepan.
  • Add a cup of water or broth.
  • Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the pulled pork is heated through.
