Instant Pot Coffee Concentrate

Equipment

  • Instant Pot
  • Mesh Strainer
  • Pitcher with Lid

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coffee freshly ground
  • 16 cup Water filtered
  • 1 pinch Baking Soda OPTIONAL

Instructions

  • For best results, grind your coffee right before adding it to the instant pot. If you have pre-ground coffee, that's ok too!
  • Add the ground coffee and water to the bottom of the instant pot and give it a quick stir.
  • Place the lid on top and move the knob to sealing. Cook it on manual HIGH pressure for 5 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally before removing the lid.
  • Let the coffee cool for 10 minutes before straining it through a mesh strainer into a pitcher. Once cool enough, store in the fridge with a lid.
  • Taste the coffee and add as little or as much water to get your desired ratio. Use in iced coffee drinks or warm it up to serve hot.
