Single Serving No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup

This easy recipe for chocolate peanut butter cups is the perfect single serve dessert. It uses 3 ingredients and can be made ahead of time and enjoyed as a sweet treat.

  • In a small bowl or cup, add 1 tbsp of your favorite peanut butter or nut butter.
  • Microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften.
  • Stir in 1 tsp powdered sugar and spread it out on the bottom of the bowl or cup.
  • Add 1 tbsp of chocolate chips on top and put back in the microwave for 20-30 second intervals or until chocolate on top is melted and able to be easily spread on top.
  • Using the back of a spoon, spread the melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter.
  • Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes or until chocolate hardens before serving.

  • NOTE: If peanut butter gets mixed in with the chocolate too much, you can either chill the peanut butter in the fridge before melting the chocolate on top OR melt the chocolate in a separate bowl and pour it on top.
