Whole30 Bulletproof Coffee

Whole30 bulletproof coffee is a variation of the bulletproof coffee that launched Dave Asprey's Bulletproof brand. Whole30 bulletproof coffee uses ghee instead of butter and also uses coconut oil or MCT oil for a morning drink that will kickstart your day on a Whole30 reset!

Equipment

  • High speed blender or Electric Frother

Ingredients

  • 10 oz brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  • Brew your coffee to desired strength.
  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend for 10 seconds or until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • Carefully open the blender and pour the coffee into a mug. Enjoy while hot.
