Whole30 Coleslaw

This quick and easy Whole30 compliant coleslaw comes together in minutes and is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Using pantry staple ingredients and a little help from store-bought coleslaw mix, dinner will be served in no time.

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz bag Coleslaw Mix cabbage, carrot
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Ground Mustard
  • ½ tsp Celery Seed
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Onion

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, ground mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper until all ingredients are fully combined,
  • Add in coleslaw mix and green onion and toss everything together until evenly coated.
  • Serve cold.

Notes

How long does Coleslaw last in the fridge?

Coleslaw is best served right away as the vegetables will start to break down and become soft after they are mixed with the dressing. However, coleslaw will last for 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator if properly stored in an airtight container though the texture will get a bit softer each day.
