Whole30 Sloppy Joes
This easy recipe for Whole30 sloppy joes is a great Whole30 compliant meal that is great to meal prep for the week. Made with ground beef, peppers, onions and a sauce made with paleo ketchup. Serve these paleo sloppy joes on top of a sweet potato, alongside spaghetti squash or make Whole30 sloppy joe bowls and pair it with cauliflower rice and roasted vegetables.

Heat up 2 tsp avocado oil or olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add in your chopped garlic, bell peppers and onions and sauté for 5 minutes or until they become soft.
Add in your ground beef, break apart and sauté until beef is no longer pink.
Add in coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, crushed tomatoes and tomato paste and stir to evenly combine.
Turn heat down to medium low and simmer for about 10 minutes or until everything is cooked through and thickened.
Serve hot.
