Whole30 Sloppy Joes

This easy recipe for Whole30 sloppy joes is a great Whole30 compliant meal that is great to meal prep for the week. Made with ground beef, peppers, onions and a sauce made with paleo ketchup. Serve these paleo sloppy  joes on top of a sweet potato, alongside spaghetti squash or make Whole30 sloppy joe bowls and pair it with cauliflower rice and roasted vegetables.

  • Heat up 2 tsp avocado oil or olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add in your chopped garlic, bell peppers and onions and sauté for 5 minutes or until they become soft. 
  • Add in your ground beef, break apart and sauté until beef is no longer pink. 
  • Add in coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, crushed tomatoes and tomato paste and stir to evenly combine.
  • Turn heat down to medium low and simmer for about 10 minutes or until everything is cooked through and thickened.
  • Serve hot.
