If you haven’t used your air fryer to cook frozen foods, you’re missing out on a valuable opportunity to get healthy food on the table fast!

Since the air fryer is basically a small convection oven, it means that dry heat is circulating around the food constantly giving the outside a crust which keeps the inside tender.

With the air fryer, you can make perfectly cooked shrimp without defrosting it! This method is great if you need shrimp for a seafood dish, or you can quickly make a shrimp cocktail platter in just 10 minutes or less!

📖How To Air Fry Frozen Shrimp

Preheat the air fryer. Since you are thawing AND cooking the shrimp during this process, it’s best if you start with a preheated air fryer. Turn your air fryer to 400F and preheat for 3-5 minutes.

Air Fry Shrimp. Place frozen shrimp on the bottom of your air fryer basket in a single layer. Set the timer for 10 minutes. At the 5 minute mark, flip using tongs or a spatula.
